Mainstream Program

Mainstream vouchers are special purpose vouchers designated to assist non-elderly persons (age 18-61) with disabilities. The eligible household member (disabled and between the age of 18-61) does not need to be the head of household. Aside from serving a special population, Mainstream vouchers are administered using the same rules as other housing choice vouchers.
