Welcome to the Lakewood Housing Authority!

The Authority's mission is to provide safe and decent affordable housing to qualified low-income families and individuals. The Authority also aims to promote self-sufficiency initiatives and improve the quality of life and economic stability of its residents.

Lakewood Housing Authority Update

  • Effective April 18, 2022, the Lakewood Housing Authority’s office will be open to the public/clients for general assistance, however, caseworkers are not meeting clients in person for recertification appointments.
  • A mail/drop box is available in the front of the main office. Required forms and documents can be picked up/dropped off in the office lobby, in the mail/drop box or through email with your caseworker. The mail/drop box will serve to allow receipt of incoming mail and for clients to drop off required information/paperwork to the LHA at their convenience.
  • Income & Household Change Forms will be placed in the “outgoing mail” portion of the mail/drop box for clients to pick up if needed, or click here to download the form.

Staff emails and phone extensions are located on the About Us page. The tenant portal is also a tool available for clients to communicate or exchange documents with their caseworker. If you have not yet registered, you can do so through the quick links below.
